1. How does the Electrik Matrix work? The program is based off a straight line matrix. The best way to explain this system is when 1 person signs up for package that person has to wait until a certain amount of people signed up for the same package. Then the first person on the list gets there FREE product. Example: Based on a 5 person matrix, someone will receive an item every time 5 new people sign up: Person 1 Person 2 Person 3 Person 4 Person 5 - Person 1 receives item Person 6 Person 7 Person 8 Person 9 Person 10 - Person 2 receives item Person 11 Person 12 Person 13 Person 14 Person 15 - Person 3 receives item 2. What do the terms Cycling, Next to Cycle, & Cycling Helper mean? Cycling: This is the person who is currently in line to receive their free product when the required number of people join their specific matrix Next to Cycle: This is the person who will move to the cycling position after the current person cycles Cycling Helper: These are the people who have signed up since the current person cycling began their cycle. Each matrix has it's own amount of needed helpers. Example: PS2 needs 10 cycling helpers. You can find how many cycling helpers are needed on each individual gift page. 3. Is this legal? This program is absolutely and completely legal. You are not purchasing yourself into the matrix, you are buying a package of eBooks that has information that we have researched for you on the web. Average matrices take 3-7 months to cycle, completely dependant on your position within the matrix. This is an estimated time frame and could be shorter or longer. 7. Can I join more than one matrix? Yes, feel free to buy several packages to multiple products and you will be listed in each matrix. 8. Can I join the same matrix multiple times? Yes, feel free to buy our packages and be entered into the same matrix as many times as you want. 9. What is your refund policy? In order to receive a refund, please note our policy: ElectrikMatrix.com will refund your payment within 48 hours of the initial payment for any of the following reasons 1)You were unable to download the electronic books 2)You did not initiate the payment These issues will try to be resolved before finalizing the refund. The best way is to promote the site. You can use Auction sites, Newspapers, E-mailing, etc. You do not have to advertise. We advertise the site, but with your help sending new people to purchase reports it will move the Rankings faster. No. There are no pyramids involved. It is a straight-line matrix. With a pyramid you're required to promote your own list to get to the top & benefit, with a straight-line matrix every new entry is added below you. 12. How old do I have to be to get on the list? You have to be over the age of 18 to purchase our packages. If you are under the age of 18 then you need to have parents consent. 13. I live outside the US, can I still participate? Yes, you sure can! Anyone in Canada will receive the gift without incurring any extra shipping charge. If outside the US & Canada you will automatically receive the cash equivalent for the item unless you prefer to pay the extra S/H of the gift. 14. How can I access the rankings if I would like to do so before I decide to purchase? You can email us and we will issue you a temporary password. 15. The list I'm on has became stagnant, what can I do? We have an opt-out program if you're in the cycling position. If you're in the cycling position and would like to opt out you need atleast 2 cycling helpers. Simply email us and let us know that you'd like to opt0out for 80% of the current cycle. Example: 5 person list $20 per package -=Cycled=- Person 1 -=Cycling=- Person 2 -=Next to Cycle=- Person 3 Person 4 Person 5 -=Cycling Helpers=- Person 6 Person 7 Person 8 Person 2 would receive $48 to opt-out. If you're not in the cycling position, then we will issue you a gift certificate for your original purchase amount so that you can repurchase another package to be included in a new list of your choice. This option is carried out on a per request, with the oldest request being granted first. We cannot issue everyone gift certificates at the same time, so you will be put in a queue to receive your certificate. 16. My question isn't here what can I do?
